- Inheritance Position Assessment — review of heirship standing and entitlements under Thai law
- Executor Guidance Service — practical support for executors managing estate obligations
- Estate Proceedings Representation — representation in formal inheritance proceedings
Services are provided to clients located in or with matters connected to Thailand. We reserve the right to decline instructions at our discretion and are not required to accept every enquiry.
Service availability may change without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the website up to date but do not warrant uninterrupted availability.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Thai law.
Force majeure: we shall not be in breach of our obligations where performance is prevented or delayed by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including court closures, government action, or natural events.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement on reasonable written notice. Specific notice provisions will be set out in your engagement letter.
We reserve the right to cease providing services where you are in breach of these terms, have provided materially false information, or where continuing the engagement would create a professional conflict or contravene our obligations under Thai law.
Upon termination, fees for work completed up to the date of termination remain payable. Obligations relating to confidentiality and intellectual property survive termination indefinitely.
